From previous entry cycles, to tracking students' current entry cycle applications. At key points in the year UCAS can provide invaluable data when you most need it. Data Timeline 2011/12 Adviser Track - Data available from September 2011 (for 2012 entry students) UCAS' Adviser Track is a user friendly, useful online tool, accessed through www.ucas.com, which enables you to track the progression of your students' applications from September 2011 throughout the application process. Adviser Track enables you to see the status on who has received offers, who is waiting to hear back from their universities and students who need to reply to any offers.  2010/11 Progression Report - Data available from November 2011 (for 2011 entry students) The 2010/11 UCAS' Progression Report provides your centre with data on your students' applications, decisions, replies and acceptances for the 2011 entry cycle. Data is represented in easy-to-view graphs and charts enabling you to view and compare previous cycle summary data at a glance, saving you time and resources. Whilst more in depth data tables provide you the opportunity to analyse in more detail. Ideal for: - analysing and reporting on overall UCAS applications - facilitating management and statutory reporting - promoting HE Progression Success - facilitating appropriate targeting of advice and guidance.  2010/11 Offers Report - Data available from May 2012 The 2010/11 UCAS' Offers Report is designed to complement the 2011 entry cycle Progression Report. The Offers Report provides your centre with 2010/11 entry cycle data on your students' applications, decisions, replies and acceptances, including offers received. Ideal for: - facilitating targeted IAG initiatives - analysing choices, decisions and scrutinising student decision making behaviour - targeting specific campaigns using the demographic breakdown and how these translate into successful applications to HE - identify low and high conversion rates and analyse against demographics to build a picture of your students' success probabilities and target IAG accordingly.   2010/11 Competitors Report - Data available from May 2012 The 2010/11 UCAS' Competitors Report provides your centre with 2011 entry cycle data on your chosen group of competitors' applications and acceptances. Once you have registered with CISCO - only those individuals who have the log in details will be able to access reports. Adviser Track is accessed through www.ucas.com. Each school or college or institution has a designated coordinator who is given a username and password with which to register your centre.
