Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card/debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email, traditional mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, for example we may have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you are an educational establishment who has logged in to utilise the invoicing facility, please ensure you use a valid, official purchase order number. UCAS takes no responsibility for orders placed without this and payment will be required as per our standard invoicing terms.
Shipping And Handling Shipping costs will be added at the checkout. Customers outside of the UK will have the choice of a guaranteed courier service or a non-guaranteed economy method of delivery. Any orders not despatched via DHL are sent at the customers' own risk. UCAS cannot replace the order should it fail to arrive if the Economy method is selected.

GAMSAT orders to UK addresses are despatched by 2nd class post. You will have the option to pay £4 for DHL guaranteed delivery if you wish.
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order quickly. We will normally despatch your order within 1-2 business days. Orders sent to UK addresses should take no longer than 4 working days and will require a signature on delivery (excluding GAMSAT materials).

International orders are also generally despatched in under 2 days. Delivery times will vary dependent on the destination.
Back Orders We endeavour to ensure that all publications that are displayed on our site are in stock. If however, an item is not in stock, we will retain your order and forward the goods when they become available.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT, where applicable , is added at the appropriate rate.
Credit Card Security This site uses Net Banx online payment systems which offer high levels of security. For details of this please refer to http://www.netinvest.co.uk/ncr/netbanx/index.html. Your payment card information is not held by UCAS nor is it held in clear text on any area of this web site.
Guarantee We will always strive to ensure your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 28 day return opportunity. Please inspect all goods when you receive them and contact us immediately if the goods are faulty. We are happy to provide a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty, if they are returned within 28 days of receiving them. Returned goods must be in their original packaging. Please send the goods to us via a delivery method that requires a signature on arrival, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. This does not effect your statutory rights.
